What's new on the Census Form:

Instructional Status Information:
     Added 2002 -- field for schools to enter a specific reason the child "continues in Special Education but No Longer on Census."
     Added 2002 -- field for schools to enter a specific reason the child "No Longer Receives Special Education."

Instructional Setting:
     Changed 2002 -- within the 6-21 age range, Self-Contained, Mild/Moderate was changed to Self-Contained, Mild/Moderate/Severe(43).  Self-Contained, Severe was changed to Self-Contained, Mild/Moderate/Severe(44).  These statements appear the same, but the numbers at the end are referenced at TEA PEIMS standards.
     Added 2002 -- Does the child have a Designated Intervener?
     Added 2003 -- Does child receive services or attend programs through RDSPD?

Hearing Impairment:
    Added 2002 -- Does the child have a Cochlear Implant?

Person Completing Form:
     Added -- field for email address of person filling out form.
